The platform sandal presents a wooden mid-high heel with ideal curves for an open-toe clog style, criss-cros straps, a peep toe and an ankle strap with a side buckle fastening. • Delivery to a pickup point (Chrono-relais): FREE for orders over €150. Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

• Home Delivery (Colissimo): €7
Signature required, delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

RETURNS

If your item does not suit you, you have 15 days to return it intact and its original package..

In order to continue offering you an easy and pleasant return experience with a prepaid label, we need to include a €4 contribution for postal returns containing discounted items.

You don’t need to do anything; the €4 contribution will be deducted from your refund.

We do not exchange, only a refund is possible.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded within 15 working days after receipt of the package.
