Is your favorite item no longer available on the website? We've got you covered! We've created an email alert on the product page for your preferred model. Sign up and receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.
If you wish to modify your order, please send an email to majordome@rivecour.com with the order Numéro and the item you wish to modify.

We do not offer exchanges; only refunds are possible. If your item is not suitable, you have 15 days to return it undamaged and in its original packaging.

To ensure smooth delivery, a signature may be required. However, due to the current health situation, you may receive a code by email to give to the delivery driver.
Don't panic, delivery drivers often leave packages at your nearest post office or with a neighbor if they can't deliver to the intended address. Go to your nearest post office with your ID to pick up your order.
If your package cannot be found, please send an email to majordome@rivecour.com, we will get back to you very quickly with a solution.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any order placed before February 11, please contact us : majordome@rivecour.com.
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return.
To continue offering you an easy and pleasant return experience with a prepaid label, we must include a fee for orders returned in full. This fee is €4 for returns made from mainland France.
You don't need to do anything, the participation fee will be deducted from the refund without any action required on your part.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned intact, unworn, in its complete original packaging and in perfect condition.
1. Log in to your account on www.rivecour.com then go to "My Orders" and click on the "Details & Returns" button for the order in question.
2. Specify the reason for your return.
3. Check the product(s) you wish to return.
4. Download and print the prepaid label to affix to your package.
5. Place your returned products and their invoice in the package on which you will affix the prepaid label.
6. Go to your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

MANUFACTURING & MATERIALS
Rivecour pieces are handmade in Portugal, in the Porto region, respecting traditional know-how.
All our leathers come from Europe (Italy, Spain)
At Rivecour, we produce locally and well, and apply this same principle to all our stationery, which comes from France.
Our paper is certified 100% recycled and our boxes are 65% recycled.
MAINTENANCE & SHOE REPAIR
• To care for your leather, remove impurities with a soft cloth, then apply a wax of the same color to nourish and protect the leather.
• Take a chamois cloth and make small, vigorous circles to restore the leather's shine. Caution: never use solvents.
• For your suede shoes we recommend using a soft brush, preferably crepe, to remove impurities and dirt.
• Suede models are fairly easy to care for, but in case of a stain, you must act quickly.
• If you are not at home, we advise you to take a tNuméro and absorb as much as you can, but do not rub, as this could spread the stain. Once home, we recommend applying a specific stain-removing spray for suede leather or washing with water and Marseille soap using a soft-bristled toothbrush. Remember to do both feet to avoid a difference in color!
• Fashion leather models are more fragile. For all of these, you must be more careful, and for any specific Numéros, seek advice from your trusted shoemaker before causing irreversible damage.
• For cracked leather, we strongly recommend waterproofing to protect it from rain and stains. Under no circumstances should you brush it, as the material is delicate and could damage your shoes. If a stain appears, gently rub it with a soft, damp cloth to remove it.
We advise you to have a sole protector fitted by your shoemaker when your shoe is still new, so that it adheres completely to the sole.
This protects your sole from moisture and wear and has an anti-slip effect.
We recommend those made of natural rubber to allow your shoes to continue to breathe!
• To clean your sneakers, we recommend using a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• To remove stains, gently rub the stains with a little Marseille soap.
• Let it dry and breathe in the open air!
• To avoid deforming your sneakers, we advise against putting them in the washing machine.
With sustainability in mind, Rivecour provides you with advice on how to care for your shoes so that they can last as long as possible.
