Suede is a delicate, velvety material that requires specific care to preserve its distinctive look.

Prevention and protection
Waterproof your shoes from the very first wear to effectively protect them from rain and stains. This is the essential step for the longevity of your suede shoes!

Routine care
On a daily basis, remove dirt using a soft-bristle brush. Then use a crepe brush to lift grime and restore the material’s loft.

Cleaning
If a stain occurs, speed is your best ally! Immediately take a paper tissue and blot as much as possible without rubbing (rubbing could spread the stain). If the stain persists, apply a suede-specific stain-remover spray to both shoes to keep the color uniform.

Special cases and precautions
After treating a stain: brush gently again with a soft-bristle brush (a crepe brush if possible), then reapply waterproofing spray to maintain protection.
